This is a very challenging time for many. The current crisis has increased levels of uncertainty and stress. Unfortunately, the negative ramifications of this excess stress can have long-term physical and emotional effects. Thankfully, there are tools that mitigate the wanted results of uncertainty, overwhelm, and unhelpful thought patterns.
The impact of stress starts at the level of our perception. That is why my favorite tool to prevent downstream consequences of excess stress are essential oils.
In my latest blog, I give a recap of using essential oils for brain, emotional, and mental health and how they can stop stress in its tracks! I also explore how to change our “negativity bias.” Finally, I list resources for specific essential oils and blends I am using with my naturopathic medicine clients, myself, and my loved ones.
It is my desire to support my readers during this emotional turbulent time. Essential oils are my favorite modality to do this!
