Life has substantially changed.
I don’t have to tell you that.
With the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic and an attempt to flatten the curve, our world has come to a halt, at least on the outside. Across the nation, the hustle and bustle of the economy and “daily grind” of businesses has shifted swiftly to virtual platforms. Homeschooling for all ages has ensued and all extracurricular activities are on hold.
Originally, the aim of my series on using essential oils to calm anxiety, stress, and lower cortisol was to help my clients and readers balance hormones and better adapt to our high-speed, fast-paced society.
Today, a different chronic, palpable, stress and fear has emerged that needs to be addressed.
We are living in a sea of the unknown.
In an attempt to help my readers deal with this overwhelming uncertainty, I have decided to continue to keep you informed by posting quick factual updates. More importantly, however, my goal is to be here for you. I want to guide you away from fear and toward nurturing yourself, both physically and emotionally.
The fact is, as things change quickly, what you need to do about it hasn’t really changed that much.
The goal is still sanitizing, staying sane, social-distancing, and partaking in major self-care.
Click here to read my latest post, “The State of the World: More About Staying Healthy and Sane During Trying Times & Eight Ways to Charter the Unknown.” In it, I review ten key updates and then discuss eight ways to nourish yourself as you remain housebound.
May you be well, may you be calm, may you be blessed during this time.
