Throughout this month, my goal has been to provide you with tools to soothe your mind and body and prevent the overwhelm of “festive stress.” In my latest post, I reveal my last two favorite essential oils’ blends in my “Naturopathic Medicine Approaches for a Nourishing November” series.
These two mixtures are perfect to diffuse during upcoming gatherings with family and friends:
The abundance blend combines the sweet spice scents with grounding essential oils. This combination benefits the immune and digestive systems, balances blood sugar, enhances mood, removes blocks to receiving, and allows for abundance in all areas of life.
The joyful blend uplifts the mood and combats feelings of depression. It is supportive to the nervous, immune, and cardiovascular systems, hormones, and digestion. It also can be used to alleviate stress. I recommend it for my naturopathic medicine clients for enhancing feelings of self-love, self-care, and human connection.

I hope you’ve found this information on my favorite naturopathic and functional medicine tools helpful.
I am thankful to you all and hope you have a beautiful Thanksgiving.
