Just recently, I reviewed how the brain of those with psychological issues differs from those with “normal” cognition. It is important information to have to help end the stigma associated with psychiatric illnesses and to get proper treatment for those who suffer. This knowledge is also essential to provide more effective education to children with special needs.
In my recent article, I expand on the ins-and-outs of neurological development. I discuss why it’s imperative to understand these basic changes so that parents can have more realistic expectations of their growing children. I also explain how essential oils can be beneficial in building both healthful and helpful behaviors for caretakers and their growing offspring.
