To all you mothers out there…Happy Mother’s Day!
Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like it’s going to be a very nice day outside (not at all, actually), so I thought now would be a good time to share some of the beauty I have been photographing the past couple of weeks as Saratoga shed the last remnants of winter and burst into the glorious colors and rebirth of spring.
For those who follow the Frozen Moments Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/frozen.moments.toga/ ) , the majority of these photos have already been shared there, but I thought it might be nice to just scroll through them all one more time. For those who haven’t seen them yet, suffice to say that, despite the less than spectacular weather recently, it has been a beautiful spring.
Enjoy the day today! My mom passed away 26 years ago and both of my kids live in other parts of the country, but I plan to celebrate and rejoice in the fact that I was blessed to have had the most incredible, strong, smart, passionate mother. She was my best friend and the person I most wanted to be like. I hope (and think) that she would be proud of the person I am today. It is all because of her. I also celebrate the fact that I have the honor of being mother to my two favorite people in the world, my son and daughter, Jason and Dani. My heart is full.
Enjoy the photos!
