Happy 2017…a few days late! I haven’t posted in a while, largely because the holiday season is very, very busy for me. My day job involves a ton of commercial holiday decorating all over the Capital District which means added hours and a lot of physical exertion. I LOVE this part of my job, but it is exhausting.
In addition to all of my holiday work, I am thrilled to announce that the 2017 Frozen Moments calendars did exceptionally well. They were sold at both Impressions of Saratoga, as well as Northumbrian Cottage in Burnt Hills, and that’s in addition to the many that I mailed out personally. Thanks so much to everyone who purchased them, and thank you so much for all the kind comments. It’s a great feeling to know that people who received them as gifts were so happy with them!
That being said, it didn’t leave me much time for blogging and I am so sorry about that. I think in 2017 I am going to try to do a series of shorter, but more frequent posts. I have some fun ideas I’m going to work on, and there are a few area businesses that I have fallen in love with lately that I want to photograph and share with you in future posts. Those are my intentions!
And I am always open to suggestions. If anyone has any ideas of topics they think might make a good photo/blog post, please don’t hesitate to let me know.
For this post, however, for those of you who do not follow Frozen Moments In and Around Saratoga on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/frozen.moments.toga/) or on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/fromo_toga/), I want to re-share some of my favorite holiday lights photos taken during the last couple of weeks of 2016. And, to all of my wonderful friends and followers on Facebook, I hope you don’t mind this little recap.
We live in such a beautiful city, and when you add the sparkle of holiday lights and decorations, it is pure magic. So enjoy this final look at the beauty that was the Saratoga Holiday Season. I think 2017 is going to be a fantastic year!
