Racing City Chorus,of Saratoga Springs, NY, will be sending out tuxedo-clad barbershop quartets throughout the Capital Region on Valentines Day, showing up at the home, workplace, or other location of sender's intended recipient. They will sing a love song in four-part harmony, while also delivering flowers and chocolates.
