Celebrating 28 years of exceptional homes, this annual tradition will be presented over four beautiful fall days on October 5 - 6, and October 12 - 13.
The Showcase of Homes ticket gives you access to all of the homes for the two weekends – 4 days for an unlimited number of visits. The homes are open from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day of the event.
Tickets are $25 and this year’s edition has 9 locations in Saratoga County on display. Participating builders in this year’s event; Abele Homes, Bella Home Builders, Belmonte Builders, DSG Construction and Remodeling, Kodiak Construction, Stephen James, Trojanski Builders and Witt Construction.

Over the past 26 years, this community event has contributed over $1.5 million dollars to two local charities, Rebuilding Together Saratoga County, and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren, and Washington Counties.
The Saratoga Builders Association (SBA) is a specialized professional trade association representing an industry basic to the well-being and economy of the people of Saratoga County.
