About this event
This class is for all ages! We will invite some peace into our evening by starting with a centering practice to quiet our minds and then move through some yoga poses. Modifications will be offered. The intention of the practice will be to slow down, drop our minds and connect with our hearts. The class will end with an extended relaxation and short poem about peace. Dress in layers. Bring a blanket and Yoga mat if you have one.
