    • Soup du Jour
    • Iceberg Wedge with Housemade Blue Cheese & Bacon Crumbles
    • Fresh Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto
    • Served with Villa Jolanda Prosecco or Guinness

  • Seafood Entrées:

    • Seafood au Gratin (shrimp, scallops, and crab in a white wine cream sauce, baked with Swiss cheese)
    • Swordfish Chez Pierre (grilled swordfish with garlic, shallots, white wine, and a cracker crumb topping)
    • Served with Antonin Rodet Macon Village (French Chardonnay)

  • Land Entrées:

    • Veal Rossini (veal tenderloin with pâté, mushroom cap, and Madeira wine sauce)
    • Irish Beef Stew (filet mignon beef tips in beer and brown sauce with vegetables)
    • Served with L’Enjouée (French red blend)

  • Desserts:

    • Vanilla Bread Pudding with Bailey’s Irish Cream Sauce & Vanilla Ice Cream
    • Fresh Blueberry Romanoff (blueberries mixed with Triple Sec liqueur, sugar, and layered with whipped cream)
    • Served with Pistachio Cream Liqueur or Jameson Irish Coffee
