🍹 Cocktail Hour (5-6p) will include live music from Chris Sanders, a gourmet charcuterie spread featuring local artisan producers, tours of the winery, and a cash bar!

This exclusive dinner is created by Chef Colin Miner, Chef at Farmacy Restaurant in Glens Falls, renowned for his farm-to-table approach, seasonal ingredients, and innovative cuisine. Chef Miner brings a passion for locally sourced, high-quality ingredients, transforming them into bold, flavor-driven dishes that celebrate the region’s bounty.

Each course boasts his signature creativity, utilizing Adirondack Winery wines or Extreme Heights Ciders in each dish to highlight their versatility and take the flavor profiles of each dish to the next level, while seamlessly complementing the distinct characteristics of each wine pairing. 

Throughout the evening, Chef Miner and Courtney Rankin (Adirondack Winery’s esteemed Winemaker), will present each course, offering insight into the inspiration, ingredients, and intricate wine pairings behind this extraordinary meal. From savory to sweet, watch Chef Miner plate each dish as flavors elevate and complement the wines.
