SARATOGA SPRINGS – My orders had been received earlier in the day by secure channels. My mission: To surveil and photograph ALL the beautiful people at the Annual Wesley Foundation Gala, held on Saturday Night, May 20, at the Saratoga Golf and Polo Club.

I was familiar with this landscape, and had my driver MI-5 had requested I pay particular attention to activities during the last two hours of the bash – when the objects of my surveillance would be in full party mode, and more likely to be taken by the element of surprise. My instructions said that the Prime Target of tonight’s surveillance were a “Mr. and Mrs. Big” – AKA Honorary Chairs Tom and Kristie Roohan. Intelligence provided indicated that they were likely to arrive in a classic black Astin Martin sedan.

These tactics worked well. Attendees were in the midst of celebrating all things James Bond to raise funds for The Wesley Community – an organization that serves more than 700 Saratoga area seniors and those with long-term disabilities. My operatives – call them the Event Committee – had put into place the distractions as instructed.

These included Chef John Ireland’s cuisine from the Saratoga Golf and Polo Club, décor from Fine Affairs, groovin’ music from The Refrigerators, silent auction items, and strategically placed swanky open bars.

Though outnumbered, my team and I “captured” everyone. and no one knew the real purpose of my visit… Mission accomplished! The entire photo dossier appears below.

Respectfully Submitted,

SARATOGA SPRINGS – My orders had been received earlier in the day by secure channels.
