\nSARATOGA SPRINGS \u2014 The Saratoga Springs Downtown Business Association announces the 17th annual Saratoga Springs DBA Fall Festival will take place on Saturday, October 27, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. The Downtown Business Association, Saratoga Springs Special Assessment District, Adirondack Trust, Advantage Press, de Jonghe, Northshire Bookstore, Putnam Market, Saratoga Hospital, Saratoga Strike Zone, Stewart’s, and Pet Partners Inc, are the major sponsors of this year\u2019s event.<\/p>\n
Also sponsoring some of the events are Allerdice Building Supply, BHHS Realtors, Cantina, Caroline + Main, Clements Insurance Brokers, Cudney Launderers + Dry Cleaners, Country Corner Caf\u00e9, Crafters Gallery, Courtyard Marriott, G. Willikers, Four Seasons, Impressions of Saratoga, Lifestyles of Saratoga, Menges + Curtis, Spoken Boutique, Violets, and Zanetti Millworks. The events would not be possible without the support and participation from many Downtown Businesses.<\/p>\n
The Fall Festival, a celebration of autumn and Halloween, will kick off on Saturday at 11 a.m. all over the downtown area with pumpkin roll down Caroline Street, petting zoo and pony rides, pumpkin decorating, face painting, balloon animals, traveling magicians, \u201cSparkles\u201d the Stilt Juggler, arts + crafts, a costume parade, Lucky the Dog with his new children\u2019s book, clowns, fun photo booths, and amusing games and trick or treat candy at many of the stores and restaurants.

\nThe Collamer parking lot will have Ponies for Hire from 11 a.m to 3:00 p.m!<\/p>\n
There will also be music by. Roxy + the Road Kings, Capital Region Rock Voices, Farmer Tom, comedian and folk musician, Kate Ginley, Rich Bala, Seth + The Moody Melix, Matthew Boyce (an Elvis Tribute Artist,) and many others.<\/p>\n
At the Heritage Visitor\u2019s Center there will be coffee sack races as well as an interactive drum group; Drum 2 Drum, kids can learn about different instruments.<\/p>\n
At 3:30 PM join us for the costume parade starting at the City Center and proceeds down Broadway. The Parade ends at the Congress Park Carousel where the Department of Public Works has donated their time, so all the kids can take a complimentary Carousel ride from 4 to 4:40 p.m.

This unique Halloween Celebration encourages families to have fun together, enjoying the hospitality of Saratoga Springs businesses and the great spirit of the community.<\/p>\n
