SARATOGA SPRINGS – The streets were flowing with Ho-ho-hoing as the 8th Annual Saratoga SantaCON spread good holiday cheer throughout Downtown Saratoga Springs on Saturday, December 15th. This was a pub crawl with a heart, as admission was a donation five or more non-perishable food items for our Franklin Community Center food pantry.
