‘Vin Le Soir’ Celebrates AIM Services, Inc. Successes in The Past Year – and Gears Up For More
SARATOGA SPRINGS – On Thursday, October 25, a large, festive gathering swelled Longfellows Restaurant to celebrate the many individuals who were able to unlock their “power of potential” as a result of generosity to AIM Services, Inc. throughout the past year. This enabled this local Social Service organization to increase its number of clients, as well as expand the services offered to people of diverse abilities.
This growth was heralded at an event called ‘Vin Le Soir” – an elegant evening of wonderful wines, fantastic foods, decadent desserts, a photo booth, and fabulous friends. Guests were delighted by the music stylings of Azzaam Hameed and Roosevelt Baker; inspired by Connor – who presented his success story and drew comparison to the AIM team with other championship teams and Hall-of-Famers (Walt Adams as Big Papi was spot-on, Connor!); and were uplifted by watching the premiere of AIM’s new annual video. It was produced in-house, and took a look into the lives of the people AIM supports and their globetrotting adventures and achievements in 2018.
Tonight’s guests also reaffirmed their generosity to greater growth at AIM through raffle ticket purchases, live and silent auction bids and other donations. The “Power of Potential” was certainly realized on this evening.
