Saratoga Automobile Museum Hosts ‘Bugatti: An Evening of Elegance’
SARATOGA SPRINGS – Dream cars displayed on a dream evening. This was the scene on Thursday, September 6, as the Saratoga Automobile Museum (SAM) showed off it’s major contribution to the ambiance that would adorn the Saratoga Wine + Food Festival over the next couple of days. Tonight, it was an evening of cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and live music from Gypsy Swing Jazz masters Hot Club of Saratoga, while exploring the SAM Bugatti exhibit; highlighted by Peter Mullin’s Type 57SC Atlantic. The Museum was decorated with some of the finest hand-selected Bugatti’s – from the 80 total dream machines, hailing from all over the world, which will be displayed at the festival.
Also very gratifying was the news that was shared to us by SAM’s Executive Director Carly Connors, that the previous evening’s (Wednesday, September 5) event – which debuted the exhibit to the general public (“Friends and Family Bugatti Debut”) was a complete smash – with about 300 people taking advantage to see priceless auto excellence at a modest admission price.
In the meantime, the gathering tonight knew that they were enjoying something very special. Ladies and gents, start your Dream Machines!
