Celebrity Bartenders Raise Record Cash for UPH
SARATOGA SPRINGS – Eight corporate celebrity bartending teams combined to raise over $44,000 in tips in just four hours to benefit Universal Preservation Hall’s (UPH) renovation on Thursday, May 17, at the Sixth Annual Shaken + Stirred Celebrity Bartending Contest at Prime at Saratoga National. Friends, I wrote this at the end of last year’s event, and it’s even more true today: “It is clear that this community wants a completely renovated UPH to be – and so it shall. On my very first meeting with UPH’s Teddy Foster, she told me that “failure is not an option,” and she has assembled such a great team and mass support to assure that that statement is true.”
And it will be true soon…
