Saratoga Eagle Gives Retailers a Taste of New Brands of Wines and Spirits
One With Life Tequila’s Lisa Elovich sends in a taste to Saratoga Eagle’s John Rogan
SARATOGA SPRINGS – If you ever wondered how new products make it to store shelves, it’s through events like these.
On Monday, March 26, Saratoga Eagle hosted a tasting for retail stores and restaurants that featured both popular established brands and some new, up and coming labels, at the Embassy Suites Saratoga (86 Congress street). A nice way to ‘try before they buy’ indeed.
Some of the brands represented included One With Life Tequila, Honeoye Falls Distillery and Western Son Distillery.
We observed that the ‘research’ done here this afternoon was thorough and each of the brands were quite knowledgeable about the characteristics, ‘nose’ and flavors. Congress Plaza neighbors Three Vines Bistro and Purdy’s Wine and Liquor were there to try new things and renew acquaintances.
