SARATOGA SPRINGS – Editor’s note: When Co-owner Beth Alexander shot me this memo, my remark was simply: “These Yankees better pull their big boy pants up!” Having lived in Nashville for a few years, all I can say is that after one serving, winter will cease to exist as far as you are concerned. Hattie’s™ Restaurants located at 45 Phila Street, Saratoga and Wilton Plaza is proud to bring the capital district their version of Nashville Style Hot Chicken!
“We’ve been playing around with a recipe since we came back from the National Fried Chicken Festival in New Orleans. We saw how popular it was down South and decided to bring the heat up North,” states Chef /Owner Jasper Alexander. Hattie’s launched the hot chicken addition during restaurant week and it has been a resounding success.
In addition to the Hot Chicken, Hattie’s offers:
– Happy hour at the bar Monday-Friday 4pm-6pm. 1/2 price drinks and complimentary Pimento Cheese platters.
Other Specials:
Mondays: ½ price Mac and Cheese 5pm-9pm + Industry Night at the bar 9pm-close ½ price drinks.
Tuesdays: Two for one price glass of wine
Wednesdays : Buckets and Beers! $12 bucket of chicken and $2 PBR.
Saturdays: Karaoke! 10pm-close
Hattie’s bar is heated and insulated and will be open all winter!
Hattie’s™ Restaurant is open for dinner 7 days a week, Sunday –Thursday 5 pm-9 pm, Friday + Saturday 5pm-10pm.
Serving Brunch Saturday and Sunday from 9 am – 2 pm.
Hattie’s™ Chicken Shack in Wilton is open 7 days a week 11 am – 9 pm
