Still a Few Hours to Enjoy the Second Annual Chip Festival!
SARATOGA SPRINGS – A first year favorite smash is back for another go-round. The Chip Festival 2017, presented by the Lions Club of Saratoga Springs, at the Saratoga Springs City Center this afternoon. It will go on until 4 pm today and we’ll update the photos. Here’s a few of today’s early action to whet your appetite… but this is one day only folks, so we urge you to get out and enjoy some one-of-a-kind brands and classic favorites.
