If you answered ‘D,’ you know that Downtown Saratoga Springs was the place to be on July 4th, as Saratoga’s All-American Celebration – indeed, a Celebration worthy of the name Saratoga – came into full flower in mid-morning, following the Firecracker 4 race (see Firecracker 4 post here.) You had it all: canines, marchers and cool wheels in abundance. And let’s not forget BBQ and dessert! All bedraped in a background of red, white and blue.
