Editor’s Note: The City of Saratoga Springs’ Fourth of July activities have grown to such an extent that we have decided to present them to you in segments. For the early-birds, be they runners or rooters, there is nothing that beats the Firecracker 4 on a picture-perfect sun drenched morning.
