Saratoga County Economic Opportunity Council Gala A Rite of Spring!
SARATOGA SPRINGS – The Saratoga County Economic Opportunity Council (EOC) honored Former County Supervisor Phil Klein and Restauranteur Steve Sullivan during its Annual May Day Spring Fling Gala, before a festive crowd at the Historic Canfield Casino in Congress Park. The event took place on Wednesday evening, May 3.
