SARATOGA SPRINGS – Sometimes, like this evening – Wednesday, May 3 – the pictures tell it all. The Hattio, spruced, renovated – faitful to the traditions, but brand spankin’ new – is open, friends! Hattie’s Restaurant (45 Phila Street) looks fantastic from end to end!
End to end, I say! Kudos to everyone involved in this this beautiful restoration and revival. “Six weeks,” said Co-owner / Chef Jasper Alexander, “pretty amazing.” I should say so. Kudos to Jasper, Beth and the Hattie’s crew, Designers Sue Waldron and Matt Galeta, and Contractor Patrick Coffey.
Thanks to their, and others’ efforts, one of the coolest, most unique and swanky spots in this town got cooler, unique-ier, and swankier!
