Rejoice! The Saratoga City Tavern Rooftop Bar is Open For Business

She kept shaking her head no, no, no… but when the time came for a photo, she was 100 percent yes!

SARATOGA SPRINGS – Forget the robins. Forget the (ever so slowly) budding trees. This is the surest sign of spring!

Friday, April 28 was ultra-special as The Saratoga City Tavern (19 Caroline Street) opened its fifth floor rooftop bar. Can you say photo-op?
