Recently I read a great blog on Physical Therapy and Chiropractic. A great point was made that needs to be repeated. Your body needs to keep moving! Your cardiovascular system needs movement for proper blood flow and heart health, your muscles need movement and stimulation to maintain development, and your joints need proper motion to ward off arthritis. <\/p>\n
