I moved in to the property in mid January 2023. I filled out the form indicating which items in the apartment were already damaged. On January 26th I notified the office manager, Abigail, that I discovered the blinds in the master bedroom were also already damaged. I asked her to add this to the sheet indicating I would not be billed for them when I moved out. The blinds were not repaired. The office was aware they would need to replace the blinds after I left. I was however billed for the blinds. Upon move in, Abigail assured me that all the front door locks are replaced after each new tenant arrives. She said I would not need to return the front door keys. I returned one key, but was billed for keys. I believe it is unethical to charge me for these items.

We had a walk through on our move out day, and after we moved out, Randal, the maintenance man, added charges to our bill that were not discussed.

When we moved out the office opened our package and took the contents out. This is illegal. We made the property manager aware, but they do not seem to care about tenants rights.
