Bringing Exceptional Cuisine to Downtown Saratoga

We invite you to immerse yourself in the innovative creations of Chef David Burke, with each dish featuring only the best and freshest ingredients. Utilizing David Burke’s patented dry-aging process, Salt & Char consistently delivers the most mouthwatering steaks in the Capital Region. Additionally, the eclectic menu offers delicious sandwiches, diverse appetizers, and the freshest seafood around. Salt & Char is proud to support local, sustainable agriculture in the Saratoga Springs region.

Plan Your Private Dining Experience

Whether you are having an intimate birthday gathering or a large celebration, Salt & Char has you covered. Our private dining room is conveniently adjacent to the wine cellar and can be booked for up to 10 guests. For events larger than that, our South Dining Room can accomodate parties of 11 or more, and can be completely private for parties consisting of 25 to 35 guests.

If you are having a large-scale event, our elegant catering venue above the restaurant itself can accommodate up to 80 guests.
