The service that I have received from the Queensbury is beyond unacceptable. My wife and I have had reservations for Valentine’s Day weekend for WEEKS. Last minute we were told that the hotel is going to be closed and our reservations needed to be changed. They recommended their “sister” hotel who only has rooms for over $300 a night. We were offered no compensation whatsoever and were met with attitude when we called to inquire about what we should do. I’m beyond disgusted with this “business” and would recommend finding accommodations at any other establishment but this one and those associated with it.
