Into The Woods Farm is a small educational farm situated in the Adirondack foothills in the town of Middle Grove, NY, just 25 minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs. We offer all season adventures including goat yoga & hikes/snowshoe/farm adventures.
Into the Woods Farm offers relaxing and rejuvenative goat yoga classes at the farm and at various off site venues. Check out the #1 goat yoga destination north of Valley Falls! We also are known for our long snowy winters and our Into The Woods Snowshoe Adventures and year round Wild Walks experiences our herd of goats along our many trails.
We offer guided snowshoe treks and Goat Hikes for every interest and ability. Our guided hikes are a great way to learn more about Into The Woods Farm and the beautiful forests, streams, and wetlands as well as master some more advanced snowshoe techniques. The goats wander along beside you while stopping for snuggles and photos making a truly unique experience.

About Into the Woods Farm
We have a small herd of 15-17 very friendly Nigerian Dwarf Goats with special baby goat guests throughout the year, a flock of hearty chickens, 3 dogs, a barn cat named Grimm and lots of woodland critters right in our backyard. The farm sits on 15 acres of wooded property surrounded by hundreds of acres of diverse forest, fields, and wetlands. Rich with plants, trees, streams, and animals there is always something to discover just outside the door. We practice natural and holistic methods for our animals, property, and family. Striving to source locally and practice wellness living in harmony with nature.
Into The Woods Farm offers a variety of year round activities including wilderness and agricultural based programs, workshops, and experiences including Goat Yoga In The Woods NY. Our Wild Walk With Goats includes a walk in the woods with our herd of Nigerian Dwarf Goats. We host school, scout, homeschool, & group programming for children and adults tailored to your groups wants and needs. Woman owned and operated, we do all of our own building, maintenance, and event planning. The farm was created with the children in mind and to give them a sense of responsibility and compassion that only a farm, its animals, and hard work can do.
Goat Yoga In The Woods NY
Into the Woods Farm is home to Goat Yoga in the Woods NY! Practice gentle flow yoga with gleeful goats frolicking around. Goats are said to have stress-reducing effects, making their presence the perfect combination for a time of total yoga relaxation. We offer weekly classes at the farm and host many events locally.
Snowshoe Adventures on the Farm
Strap on a pair of snowshoes and get ready for a fun-filled guided snowshoe adventure this winter at Into the Woods Farm. The farm offers private and weekly guided snowshoe adventures through snow-covered forest and near swamps and streams. These snowshoe treks are open for people of all ages and every ability, and they are a fantastic way to enjoy the outdoor winter weather.
Snowshoe rentals are available upon request, but you can also bring your own. The cost is $150 to reserve($35 each additional person over 4ppl) for an introduction and 1.5 hours of snowshoeing.
