Rafting, Tubing, Trips & Rentals: Beaver Brook Outfitters Does It All!
Here's a rundown on the offerings:
Whitewater Rafting
Hudson River rafting day trips consist of a 17-mile journey on Class II to Class V waters (depending on the time of year) along the Hudson River Gorge. Gear and lunch is included! Hudson River overnight trips take the same route, but the trip is spread out over two or more days, complete with riverside camping.
Canoeing & Kayaking
Guided canoe and kayak trips are 3-mile, flatwater paddling trips on Thirteenth Lake. Gear and transportation is included. If you're not interested in a guided trip, rentals are also available. Take them on your vehicle to your lake of choice, or they offer deliveries to Thirteenth Lake. Beaver Brook Outfitters also offers multi-day canoe trips and multi-day rentals.
Tubing
As with canoeing and kayaking, guided tubing trips are available as well as the option to rent tubes and go off on your own adventure.
Wall Tent Camping
Yes, Beaver Brook Outfitters also offers wall tent camping! You'll love their 14 x 16 canvas wall tents, furnished with everything you need for a comfortable night's sleep. Wall tents are situated in a woodsy area behind their Hudson River Base, and the cleaning fee is waived if you raft with them, so there's no excuse not to combine a whitewater rafting trip with wall tent camping!
