You’ve heard me talk about the Georgi In Shushan before. Now here’s your excuse to check it out. Music on the lawn, beside the river…what more do you need?
At 4pm on Sunday, August 9th, the Georgi on the Battenkill in Shushan presents
Kevin Warren, composer and performer, in a double concert event.
Chamber Music: World premieres of the composer’s two newest works,
Errare Humanum Est, a piece for two percussionists concerning chaos and
control and Potion, a viola and cello duet inspired by the connection
between the physical and spiritual. In Solo Project Kevin will use his
loop pedal to debut mostly original material along with a few choice
covers featuring Relentless Bass Grooves, Vocal Percussion, Funky
Saxophone Lines & Improvisations, Unconventional Sounds and Pickin’
& Singin.’ Admission: $5 per person or $10 per family. In case of
