Breeze Cottage.
Our Saratoga Lake location offers both sunrise and sunset views. The
opening photo is just part of the panoramic vista offered from the
Point! The waterfront has a dock for boating and fishing. There
are lake views from every window in the cottage. The cottage is a
fully remodeled vacation spot with a screened porch offering
spectacular views of Saratoga Lake as well as 150+ feet of Lake
frontage. Five minutes from the cottage is the historic Saratoga Race
Track, Museums, boutique shopping, and the renowned
Saratoga Performing Arts Center.
Historically Point Breeze Cottage is
located where 19th century Collegiate regattas were held and the alleged
home of the Potato Chip can be viewed across the lake. Weather
permitting, Point Breeze Cottage is used by the Saratoga Rowing Club as
it’s finish line during the renowed Head of the Fish Regatta held
the last weekend of October.

Directions:
Point Breeze Cottage is located on the Northern end
of Saratoga Lake, 5 minutes from Saratoga Springs historic racetrack,
down Union Ave. and across the bridge on Rt. 9P. The cottage is easily
accessible from I-87 by taking Exit 14, North or South, turning left
onto 9P, driving across the bridge, a right onto Point Breeze Road right
after the Point Breeze Marina and following this historic lake road to
“the Point” and our Cedar Point Breeze Cottage.
Policies:
Rental fee, 50% to be paid 90 days before
arrival, Balance due 45 days before arrival. Security deposit of $500
due upon signing lease. No pets or smoking. Wheelchair inaccessible.
Children welcome. Maximum number of people 4-5.
