General Ground Rules for Pop/Rock (Live Nation) Concerts
Note: The items listed below are subject to change or vary on show day.
According to SPAC's website, the following items are permitted at pop/rock (Live Nation) concerts at SPAC:
- Small digital cameras
- Small blankets
- One factory sealed bottle of water up to one gallon or an empty water bottle
- Food in a clear plastic 1-gallon zip-lock bag
- Clear plastic bags no larger than 12” x 12” x 6” and/or small clutch bags, wristlets, or fanny packs (4.5”x 6.5”). No other bags of any type will be allowed.
- Only collapsible lawn/camping chairs will be permitted, and the height of the chair should not exceed 43" when collapsed.
The following items are NOT permitted at SPAC's pop/rock (Live Nation) concerts:
- Canopies, footrests, side tables, and other attachments for your chairs
- Professional cameras with/without a detachable lens
- Audio recording equipment
- Video recording equipment
- Beverages other than one factory sealed bottle of water
- Glass bottles
- Hard coolers
- Laser pointers
- Flash lights
- Selfie sticks
- Spiked rings or collars
- Weapons of any kind or anything that can be used as a projectile
General Ground Rules for Classical Events (Ballet & Orchestra)
Please take note of the following rules for classical events at SPAC:
- Umbrellas and chairs are permitted, but will be restricted by sizing for use on the main amphitheater lawn
- Personal coolers are permitted
- No glass of any kind is permitted
- No beer kegs are allowed
- No pets, roller blades, skateboards, or bikes are allowed
- No cameras, video, or recording equipment are allowed
- No grills, hibachis, or cooking equipment are allowed
- No plastic tarps are allowed
- No smoking is allowed in the center lawn area
- It is a violation of New York State law to carry or possess any firearm, knife, weapon, or fireworks on Park Property
